1 To install Battlefield Vietnam is v1.21 https://mega.nz/file/KDZjnYTZ#l_xhlib9QO1C9HIY2cSKiIojoO2EKz4lOV5wlYyBNr4 extract with 7z tool https://www.7-zip.org/

2 Go in eReg folder and you will see tools what to do next.

3 Edit hosts file somewhere and edit 3 lines to have ingame list
65.112.87.186 bfvietnam.available.gamespy.com

65.112.87.186 bfvietnam.ms0.gamespy.com
after edit put hosts file back, is located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
This will replace original gamespy ip with new working ip to ingame servers list for ALL Battlefield Vietnam game versions
